Just a quick "we're still alive" post to say that we made it safely back to Nelson after three awesome days down the coast in and around Kaikoura. Our escapades included finding some great surf, seeing some amazing scenery, getting up close and personal with a whole posse of fur seals, and coming home less several books (both of ours), one wetsuit (Matt's) and one surfboard (mine), and several hundred dollars the richer as we begin to sell our stuff in preparation for coming home.
